Our business model enables us to work on the product by being completely onsite at the customer location, or offsite at our facilities in the USA, or offshore at our development center in India. Usually, it is a mixture of all three modes to varying degrees to achieve the most efficient end result.

Typically during requirements gathering and project initiation phase, most of the time is spent on site collecting requirements and interacting with the personnel from the various customer departments such as - sales, product knowledge, end users etc.

As the work progresses, it could be moved offsite and offshore to varying degrees, enough to maintain the same quality, while taking advantage of the cost effectiveness as well as to increase the speed of implementation.

With our business model, we have been able to remove inefficiencies from the process, avoid bottlenecks, anticipate problems early on and in effect cut down the development cycle in as much as half. Our geographic distribution of the test, fix and test cycle has enabled much faster implementations.
